Sleep Apnea
Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder in which breathing stops suddenly and repeatedly during sleep. The frequency of sleep apnea, which is common today, in our country varies between 5 and 10%. In order to call the breathing disorder sleep apnea, the respiratory cessation must be at least 10 seconds. There are different subtypes of the disorder. The symptoms of the disease may differ depending on these subtypes of apnea.
